Dr Prabha Sawant is a reputed and a well known Gastroenterologist .She has 38 years of teaching experience. She was associated with the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) where she has guided 38 students in DM Gastroenterology. She is a guide for DNB Gastroenterology at Gleneagles hospital Mumbai since 2017 .She was Professor and Head Department of Gastroenterology Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College for 21 years.She specializes , consults and provides treatment for various gastrointestinal conditions. Dr Prabha Sawant has a wide range of expertise in the field of Gastroenterology and Endoscopy. Her extensive knowledge in gastrointestinal diseases allows her to provide accurate diagnosis and treatment for various gastrointestinal conditions. She is well-known for her research work on Gastroenterology and has published more than 180 papers and edited four monograms. She has also presented more than 60 papers at various National and International conferences.
