nita Patel is a seasoned medical professional with nearly 29 years of national and international work experience. She has had an exceptional academic record and was a consistent gold medalist throughout her academic life. Along with her MBBS, MS, MCh, and DNB degrees, she also has an FRCS in Urology to her credit. Dr Patel is the only female urologist in India with the international FRCS (Urology) qualification.

Her expertise lies in diagnosing and managing lower urinary tract dysfunction, lower tract surgeries (TURP, TUR BT, VIU, etc), upper tract endourology using semi-rigid & flexible ureterorenoscopy, all forms of female urinary incontinence surgeries, and female urology.

Dr Anita has presented several papers at prestigious national and international urology conferences over the last 17 years. She’s also an esteemed member of various national and international councils and societies, such as the Urological Society of India, Society de Urologie Internationale, West Zone Chapter of USI Mumbai Urology Society among others.
